When calling to schedule an appointment, please have your current medications and dosages, medical history, and if diabetic, you will need your current A1C readings from the past 6 months.

This is not a walk-in clinic, we are by appointment only.

Please do not arrive more than 15 min prior to your appointment and if you are more than 30 min late you will be asked to reschedule.

Patient Safety

Here at REVIVE 3.0 patient safety is our top priority. Patients are family. Each patient who receives the THE RED STINGER injection will get a personal follow up call within 3-5 days to check on you.

We ask after receiving the THE RED STINGER injection please refrain from intense workouts or cardio, walking multiple flights of stairs, no heavy lifting 20+ lbs. for at least the first 5 days.
